Hi Jacek- 

for #1, look in Options > Mouse page and set 'Drag selected objects only'

for #2, see, for now, this page:

look for the script MirrorEx. Also, please read the instructions at the top of the page for installing and running the scripts.

I find this very useful to avoid acidental dragging while selecting.
