If I did "Block Manager-Properties-Browse" in Rhino 4, the browser would default to the folder where the existing block resides. In Rhino 5 sr1, the browser always sends me to the "previous" folder. This starts out with my template file location and the next time it'll be wherever I located the last block rather than where the block being edited is located.
