Why can't we choose to float a toolbar anymore? It used to be so easy.

Once upon a time we could just right click one of the toolbar docks, select the toolbar of interest and it would pop up floating. Then if you wanted to, we could drag it and dock it. Now the only way to get a toolbar for temporary use is a multi-step process through the menus. Not very conducive to a quick workflow.

Intuitively, we should be able to either drag the title tab into the workspace to float a docked toolbar, or double click the title tab. Currently dragging does nothing (which I kind of like - avoids accidental UI changes). Double clicking prompts us to change the tab title? Why???? That's something hardly anyone will do and if they are the type of person to create new names for toolbars, it's something that is done once during setup. That should be what's buried in a menu or settings path, not easy access to the plethora of Rhino design tools.

New toolbars once again open as floating. Thanks for fixing it!
