Hi,
I have a client who has 4 licenses in the Zoo 4 but can only access 3 of them at a time - what can be done to fix this? Should he uninstall all the licenses and re-install them? I didn't find much info related to this in the zoo wiki...

1.) Make sure the client is running the latest service release of Rhino 4.0, which is SR9.
2.) Make sure all of their Rhinos' are installed as network nodes. You can get this information from Rhino's About box.
3.) Make sure they are running the latest Zoo 4.0.
