Difference between R4 & R5 files?

Is there an easy way to search for files that have been specifically saved with Rhino 5? I need to go back and convert a considerable amount of files and being able to distinguish files saved in R4 and R5 would be great!

Here's a script Pascal wrote, drag and drop on Rhino and it will add the following alias'

CheckForV5Files
CheckForNonV5Files

I haven't run it in a while so I'm not sure how it works.
