Having issues with transparent materials in rendered display mode.
As you see in the picture attached, in rendered view can only see a transparent material in the scene not the specific “Ruby” in red…
Only way to make display preview close to the real rendering image is to change that material basic color from white(default) to red or something.
Is this sounds right?

Hi Tom- the rendered display here does get a red tint from the transparency color- I suspect the problem you are having may come from your video card or driver. Does a full rendering (Render command) look correct?

Rendering looks good but not on fly... Non-transparent materials work just fine on fly and rendering.
I did bring the drivers to the latest and it happens on two computers with two different video cards.
What is your material basic color(default) in martirial editor? White?
I can get a tint looking by changing the default color of this material to red.
