How do I save a Rhino-5 drawing to use on facebook?

 I wish to save a drawing file to use on Facebook I've seen some of my mates use the entire page in posts how do I accomplish this myself?

   Or rather WHICH format do I save the entire page in to export to my Facebook page from pictures or is that where I save?,we are exchanging idea's this way but neither one of us speak the same language so I can't ask them HOW the are getting snapshots of their entire windows?

I'm not at all sure what you're after but maybe you are wanting to post a screen captured image of a Rhino file you're working on?

If that's true, use the ViewCaptureToFile command in Rhino. It will capture the current viewport as an image file you can post to your Facebook page like any other image file.
