how to save as JPEG?

  I want to save a file in my pictures and I did it before but I cant find JPEG in my choices to save in my formats what am I doing wrong?

You want to save an image of a Rhino view as a jpeg?  What you want is the command _ViewCaptureToFile...  If you use the dash version (_-ViewCaptureToFile) you can also set the image size and a few other things.
