My customer has one licence shared with zoo on 2 computers. This was working OK but then stop working. Rhinoceros 5 on the client computer does not start/respond.

The client computer can ping the zoo server. I check the registry on the client computer  as recommended at   http://wiki.mcneel.com/zoo/findzooserver  but there was no   HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\License Manager
Key/entry in the client computer.

I think the zoo server is version 5.1 ... Any Ideas to how fix this?

You don't give us much to go on. You might check the Zoo wiki to see if anything catches your eye:

Otherwise, you will need to provide more detail. What happens when you run Rhino? Sometimes posting screen captures of error messages can be helpful.
