This is an interactive viewport render that I made using the both the Neon + Brazil plugins for Rhino.
I am also using the Caustic Series 2 R2500 raytracing acceleration card which can be found here:

I am just now starting to learn Rhino, so having the model was awesome for gaining my rendering bearings!
