I did download the additional display modes previously, but didn't think the patent one was accurate enough (USPTO would be very picky I think about this). Plus, it only has straight line shading mode, not the additional stippling…"

"A skilled user recently put together a display mode that gives a similar effect.

Have a look at the boat example with the "Patent" display mode."
