I working on a layout with a number of sections made with SectionTools and detail views of the part, but I don't want the label and line visible in some of the views...is there a way to hide them?Is there also a way to reorient/reposition the line & directional triangle and maybe reposition them differently in the different views? They are only correctly visible on one plane/view (unlike the annotation label) and often to through the middle of the object....Any help is greatly appreciated...See More

I don´t know how to do it just in rhino, but you can change the global settings for decimal symbol in your system.
control panel/regional setting and language/additional settings/DECIMAL SYMBOL.

"If you can come up with a reliable way to repeat that, I'd like to hear it. The only way I know to do that is to do something that make it so no objects are visible, like SelAll - Hide, or turning off all the layers with objects on them.

"My guess is you are choosing a rendered display and your current renderer does not have the display of curves/text/dimensions turned on.
That's just a guess based on pretty skimpy details...

"Well yeah those are the world axes, but that each viewport has its own construction plane(which in Top and Perspective just happen to coincide with the world axes)with its own X,Y,Z and that all user input is relative to the active construction…"

"I guess what makes it so counter intuitive is that you have the arrows in the lower right corner telling you that z is up in front viewport, but z in the array is into the screen aka y direction...not very friendly"
