"Hello, the file is sending thru printer driver. I set the line to default thikness (the original DXF file used bigger size)
I sent another files that includes blocks, and the blocks use "less" curve segments and works fine

"What laser are you using? How are you "sending" the file to the laser - does it have a printer driver or do you have to create another export file?
I suspect you are tessellating your curves far too finely and that is choking your…"

I have the next situation:A client use a special software to shoe designs. This software can create DXF files, so we can import the designs to Rhino.The problem occurs when we want to send to the Laser machine, it takes more than 5-10 minutes to send it. We check that the laser properties includes only vectors, small thikness, etc.We apply blocks to reduce file size , because commonly there are only 2 pieces that repeats to fill the bed of the laser.
