Disply not updating anymore when drawing

I have Rhino 4.0 evaluation. On windows 7 x64 and Radeon 6900 with Catalyst 13.1.When I draw or rotate view the display is not updated until I finish drawing or rotating. Very annoying.I have updated…Continue
