Matrix runtime error
I know Matrix is from another company, but I'm hoping someone here will have come across this before. I registered for this forum in about 10 mins, but Gemvision say it can take up to 48 hours to be approved for theirs.We have a Matrix 7 install coming back with a runtime error 0, then a 429, followed by a message that the ActiveX component can't create object.The user has rebooted and reinstalled Matrix without any apparent problems but the errors remain.
