V5 launching Help stops display driver

I think this is likely a hardware issue. On Window 7 machine with an Nvidia card. When I launch Help a browser window opens (Firefox), then my screen blinks onand off a few times, then I get a message that my display driver had stopped working, then the computer restarts. It does this consistently every time.Any ideas would be much appreciated. Also, after restart, Firefox opens up the V5 help interface and it works fine.See More
