"The same thing happened to me. I tried a couple of times then uninstalled through the windows control panel and it worked.

Hello Keith,My question is: Does RhinoRing work in Rhino 4 ? It seems to, but wants my license key which doesn't work. I only use Rhino 4 because another plugin I use isn't stable on Rhino 5 yet.
