"Try this:
1.) Uninstall Zoo 5.0.
2.) Make sure the C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoo 5.0 folder is removed.
3.) Download the latest Zoo 5.0 and install it
4.) Try adding a license.

"Yes, that is what happened, never get rhino 5 license added into Zoo 5, even the activation compleled successfully.

I am not sure I follow what you are saying. Are you saying that when you add a license and after you have finished the valiation process, Zoo reports "Successful" but you still get a Unknown Failure (900) error?
