CAD wars: we are looking for a skilled designer to participate in a 3D golf grip design project

We are evaluating 3D CAD software and looking to hire a consultant to use Rhino to create a 3D design of a golf grip from a 2D drawing.  This will require signing a confidentiality agreement.  The event will take place the first week of January.  If you are interested please contact me.

I have been spending the last month or so working on a sailing yacht design.  I did just now think of your project, put that boat aside for a moment and come up with the attached concept, not knowing the particular dimensional features you are seeking but knowing that you need 3D geometry to describe your project and not simply some sort of texture bump map attached to a simple surface.  That which you see is a combination of 2500 polysurfaces and a single tapered conical surface that I hope represents something similar to that which you seek.  I attached a gray color to the assemblage to represent something along the lines of a rubber sleeve that might slip over the grip end of a golf club.  Let me know if this is what you are seeking.  Cheers, Rob
