"Hi Bjorn- you can get around this to some extent for surfaces and meshes but turning on CullControlPolygon. Not the whole solution, but it may help.

Alternative to Rail revolve, or a 3 edged surface.
Hi, I'm trying to model a shape like this: And have so far used a Sweep1 with two profile curves "revolving" around a single point. "On of the rail curves does not have a uniform knot structure. When you rebuild, both curves get a uniform knot structure. You can see this in the What command of one rails before the rebuild.
